The problem

10apps, zero system

Ten disconnected apps aren't a system.

  • Tasks in one app, notes in another, budget in a spreadsheet, habits in a third. Nothing connects.
  • All-in-one tools are cloud-first: your data on their servers, slow offline, lock-in.
  • Local-first apps are great for notes but weak on tasks, habits and finance, and too technical.

Ordano & your data

What Ordano is, and why it asks you to sign in.

Ordano is an all-in-one, local-first life-management app for tasks, notes, habits, journal, finances and calendar. It works entirely on your device and offline — you can use every feature without an account.

Creating an account is optional and only enables syncing your data across your devices. Sign in with Google is one of the sign-in options: when you use it, Ordano accesses only your basic Google profile (your name and email address) to identify your account. Ordano never reads your Gmail, Google Drive or any other Google data, and never sells your information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
